JennieLynn Hastings, MS, NCC, LPC (WI, MN), CSAC (WI), is a rural Midwest therapist who leads their agency’s DBT program. They provide clinical guidance and program development for clinicians serving clients with complex presentations in geographically and culturally bounded contexts. Throughout their clinical work, JennieLynn specializes in Indigiqueer counseling, integrating cultural humility and ethical self-reflection, recognizing the importance of navigating one identity they share and one they hold as an ally. Known by coworkers as “Hermione” for their love of statutes and rational thinking, they bring both lived perspective and nearly two decades of health care experience–twelve years in pharmacy and five in mental health counseling–to questions of ethics and community.
