Jennifer Young
Jennifer Young is a high school counselor and doctoral candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Capella University. With over a decade of experience in education, student advocacy, and counselor development, she specializes in helping school counselors navigate ethical decision-making through the lens of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Jennifer believes that ethical clarity and professional confidence emerge when counselors focus on what is working, build upon existing strengths, and approach challenges with purposeful optimism.
