Nils Juarez Palma
Dr. Nils Juarez Palma is an adjunct instructor at Liberty University Online. He has a background in technology given that he worked for over six years in the IT Department of a Fortune 500 company. As an IT Project Manager, Dr. Juarez Palma designed software systems that improved the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of business system. Later he would apply this background in the development of his doctoral dissertation where he explored the impact of technology in counselor education. In recent years he has been studying the impact that probabilistic algorithms have on ethical decision making.
