I am an Ohio Licensed Professional Counselor and Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist with nearly 20 years of experience in school counseling, school administration, higher education, and mental health education. I serve as School Program Director at 1N5, a Cincinnati-based nonprofit dedicated to mental health education and suicide prevention. In this role, I am part of a team providing school-based programming and prevention initiatives across Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and beyond. My work focuses on helping schools build cultures where connection, resilience, and well-being can thrive.
