Felice Martin is a Licensed Professional Counselor and neuroscience-informed mental health professional who specializes in helping clinicians and organizations integrate brain-based approaches into counseling practice and professional environments. She is the founder and clinical director of Behavioral Health Associates of Georgia, a private practice dedicated to delivering evidence-based counseling services while advancing innovative approaches that support both clinician effectiveness and client outcomes. In order to address the emerging challenges clinicians face as artificial intelligence enters behavioral health settings, Felice founded Behavioral Health Systems AI, an initiative focused on helping behavioral health organizations ethically integrate intelligent systems that strengthen practice infrastructure while protecting the human-centered foundation of therapy. Felice trains mental health professionals and organizations on neuroscience-informed care, clinician cognitive load, and responsible technology integration in counseling environments. Her work bridges clinical practice, neuroscience, and behavioral health innovation, equipping counselors with practical strategies to navigate the evolving intersection of mental health care and emerging technology.
