Luis Vasquez

Luis Vasquez, M.S., LAPC, NCC, is a rehabilitation counselor and Clinical Architect working at the intersection of counseling practice, research, and ethical technology design. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling and provides direct clinical service at Crossroads Counseling LLC while coordinating community programs at Geisinger College of Health Sciences. Luis is the founder of Optimust Intelligence, where he develops privacy-first multilingual communication tools guided by his Identity-Minimized Intelligence framework. His work was recognized with the Graduate Student Award at the Professional Rehabilitation Association conference in 2025. He is passionate about helping counselors ethically shape the technologies that influence their profession while preserving the relational foundation of therapeutic practice.
