Samantha Redd

Samantha Redd is passionate about bridging the gap between clinical excellence and innovative digital solutions. Samantha holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University and a Master of Arts in Language and Communication. Currently a Resident in Counseling at Tea & Empathy Counseling, she focuses on serving children and neurodivergent populations. Her unique clinical perspective is informed by an extensive technical background, including work with one of the world's leading Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) developers. Samantha has solidified her expertise with certifications in AI in Healthcare from Stanford University, AI Business & the Future of Work from Lund University, and Introduction to AI from IBM. Additionally, she was the 2025 recipient of the Suzee Leone Grant for her project "VR Connection," utilizing virtual reality to enhance social communication and emotional regulation for children and youth on the Autism Spectrum. Through her ongoing workshops and educational initiatives, Samantha remains committed to empowering counselors to ethically integrate AI into their practices to improve clinical outcomes and administrative efficiency, ensuring that technological advances serve to enhance, rather than replace, the human element of mental health care.
