Winnie Bien-Aime
Winnie Bien-Aime is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and doctoral student in Counselor Education and Supervision whose work focuses on ethical supervision, counselor development, and innovation in clinical training systems. She provides clinical services in private practice and supervises graduate students and provisionally licensed clinicians across multiple states, while also teaching master’s-level counseling coursework. Her research examines supervisory training and gatekeeping practices. She is the cofounder of Guidara, a supervision management platform designed to support structured, organized, and ethically grounded supervision.
