Alexandra Miceli is currently Senior Director of Therapist Recruitment at NOCD, focusing on network growth and system development. Since joining in May 2021, she has contributed to business development, B2B marketing, and branding strategies, fueling company growth. She is also a member of NOCD’s Culture & Diversity Committee. Prior to pursuing a career within the behavioral health industry, Alexandra has experience within the fashion and consumer product industry in client relations, branding, and event production. She emphasizes intentional growth, system enhancements, and brand consistency. Alexandra holds a BS from Fordham University in Psychology and Visual Arts, and is currently pursuing a MA in Counseling at Northwestern University. She is an ACA member and Membership Committee Chair of Chi Sigma Iota-NUO.
