Esther Scott is a Licensed Professional Counselor with an emphasis on individual and professional development. She has earned a double Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration and a Master’s in Mental Health. She is currently in prvate practice in Arlington, Texas, where she also serves as Chair for The Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce Latino Business Alliance.

Esther's experience as a military spouse allowed her the opportunity to develop multicultural skills and a unique perspective on the core issues impacting not only human emotions, but also business dynamics. She worked in complex employee cultural environments in Greece, Italy, Bahrain, and Japan, giving her the ability to provide effective solutions to complicated problems.  

Her extensive experience in both clinical practice and practice management has made her well-equipped to speak on the topic of Hiring With Purpose. She has successfully hired, onboarded, and led multidisciplinary teams in the USA and abroad.  Esther offers consulting services to business leaders on issues such as: Motivating Under Achievers, Listening Skills for Leaders and Upper Management, Employee Success Coaching, and Work-Life Balance.
