Ashlee Davis
Licensed School Counselor
Ashlee Davis is an Elementary Public Charter School Counselor in Richmond, Virginia. As a novice school counselor, Ashlee began her career at a start-up public charter school and has held the position for 13 years. Before working as a school counselor, Ashlee worked in multiple educational settings, including as a college access coordinator for first-generation students. Those experiences have played a pivotal role in Ashlee’s understanding of counselor burnout and the importance of self-advocacy and self-care. Ashlee utilizes her experiences to engage her counselor practicum and internship students in exploring techniques to practice self-advocacy and self-care.
