Lauren Poiroux
Associate Licensed Counselor, Co-founder of The Sommer House
Lauren Poiroux is a doctoral student in the Counselor Education Program at the University of New Orleans. She received her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Alabama. Her clinical experiences include work in child advocacy centers, domestic violence shelters, and private practice. She has extensive experience with children and adolescents and incorporates trauma-focused expressive arts into her counseling practice.
