Lindsay Kobolt
Director of Counseling and Community Wellbeing
Lindsay Kobolt is a licensed professional counselor and certified school counselor in Kansas City MO. Lindsay is currently the Missouri School Counseling Association's Director of Counseling of the Year for 2024. In her 23 year career, Lindsay has developed a strong belief that young people are capable and innately emotionally intelligent. As such, her counseling approach centers the student voice and supports adults in their relationships with students as key components of creating conditions for mental health to thrive. Lindsay enjoys grappling with big picture challenges and looking for the solutions that we may have missed.
