Allison Freeman
Allison Freeman, LMHC, QS, MCAP, is a licensed mental health counselor, qualified supervisor, and program leader with over six years of specialized experience in inpatient residential treatment. Known for her compassionate leadership and systems-informed clinical approach, Allison has held multiple supervisory and director roles within high-acuity residential programs. She brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by both clients and clinicians in residential care and is passionate about training supervisors to move beyond an outpatient lens. Allison currently provides clinical supervision while remaining actively engaged in direct client work, ensuring her supervision is grounded, practical, and trauma-informed.
