Erik Messinger

Erik Messinger, PhD, LCMHC, NCC, ACS is an assistant professor at Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. He has extensive experience in counseling adults and adolescents in outpatient community and substance use treatment settings. His research is primarily focused on meeting the mental health needs of first responders along with supervision and instruction of counselors in training. He currently serves as the M.S in Counseling program director.
