About the Speaker
Katie Beth Whitcomb
Katie-Beth Whitcomb, LPC, ECMH-E, RPT-S, NCC works at her private practice in Colorado where she enjoys working with young children, adolescents and their families. Much of her work is focused on supporting children and their parents in fostering healthy attachment relationships following early childhood trauma or ruptures in the attachment relationship. Katie-Beth went on to earn advanced training in Early Childhood Mental Health where she studied the intersection of child development, attachment relationships and early childhood trauma. Katie-Beth is also a certified Circle of Security - Parent Group Facilitator. In addition to her clinical work, she enjoys providing supervision to both new and seasoned child therapists who are invested in their personal and clinical growth. She sees great value in both clinical and reflective supervision as effective opportunities for growth and exploration.
