Dr. Mary Plisco has been a practicing therapist for 15 years as well as a counselor educator and supervisor for 12 years. She is also Director of Research at her graduate institution. She has published research in the areas of narrative therapy, anxiety disorders, self-compassion, awe, and poetry.
