Dr. Melissa Cobbs is a seasoned counselor, supervisor, clinical leader, educator, and consultant with a proven track record of advancing mental health care through strategic leadership and program development. Holding a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision with a concentration in Leadership. Dr. Cobbs specializes in cultivating emerging leaders, empowering subject matter experts, and driving cultural transformation within clinical organizations hold positions of leadership and educator over the past decade of her career. Her work integrates mentorship, clinician development, and strategic innovation to ensure that leadership is intentional, sustainable, and aligned with mission-driven excellence.
Beyond her clinical leadership, Dr. Cobbs serves as Adjunct Faculty at Liberty University, shaping the next generation of mental health professionals. She is also a respected consultant, providing continuing education, leadership training, and supervision to professionals across various mental health disciplines.
Dr. Cobbs is deeply invested in engagement, clinician support, and systemic solutions that elevate mental health care standards.
