Dr. Jacoby is honored to be the recipient of the 2025 ACES Supervision Award. Her work centers on ethical, developmentally appropriate supervision that supports emerging counselors in building confidence and competence. She aims to create supervision spaces that are warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-informed practices, with a focus on fostering growth through thoughtful guidance and mutual respect.
