As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Rachel’s early career experiences—working with underserved communities and navigating the challenges of rural supervision access—inspired her to build a more accessible path to licensure.

In 2018, she founded Motivo Health to eliminate geographic and logistical barriers to clinical supervision. Since then, Motivo has supported over 8,000 clinicians nationwide and raised $14M in funding to scale its impact.
