About the Speaker
Zanovia Tucker, PhD, LCPC (IL), LPC (MI)
Dr. Zanovia Tucker is a Board-Certified, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She earned a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and an MA in Clinical Mental Health.
Dr. Tucker was born and raised in Chicago. She is a counselor educator and researcher. Dr. Tucker has over 10 years of clinical and education experience in post-secondary education, community mental health, private practice, and inpatient settings. She has served individuals who have experienced a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders.
Dr. Tucker is passionate about healing, mental health wellness, self-preservation, healthy self-care practices, and trauma education.
