When are the sessions available?
Date: Tuesday, April 30 - Thursday, June 30, 2025
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 11:59 p.m. EST
20+ number of sessions will be available on-demand through June 30, 2025.  Live Roundtable Discussions will be available in real-time only and will not be available as recordings.

Do I need to download or install information to attend this event? 
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the Internet. 


How do I log in on the day of the event? 
Your log-in details will be the same credentials you use to login to your ACA account.


Where will the event be held? 
This is an online event, held on this site. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate anywhere that you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices. 
Visit:https://counseling.evareg.com/aca-replay and use the email address provided at registration to log-in. 


 

Will I be able to take away information and/or slides from the event?  

Yes! Handouts will be available in the Speaker's Profile if they have provided any resources and can also be found beneath the video recording for on-demand sessions.
 

Cancellation and Refund Policies 
Due to the length of the ACA virtual event and the ability to access on-demand content available until June 30, 2025, ACA regrets that no refunds will be issued. 


Will CE credits be offered for the 2025 ACA Replay? 
Yes, CE hours are available on select sessions. Each session listing will clearly indicate if the presentation is approved for CE credit and identify the type of approved CE credit available. 


How many CE credits will be provided? 
Attendees can earn 1.0 continuing education (CE) contact hour for each hour of attendance at select education sessions, with the opportunity for 20+ CE hours. 


Will I receive a certificate acknowledging my participation?  
Attendance certificates are not issued; however, attendees can claim CE credits which will be displayed in certificate form for time spent in education sessions during the summit.

How can I connect with a speaker or presenter? 
Please visit the speaker's profile for the contact information they have provided.


Will there be any communication during the presentation?
Live Roundtable Discussions will be conducted in real time.  Attendees may use voice, camera, and chat to contribute to discussions. On-demand sessions are recordings only.
 


Who should I contact for help during the event?
Questions pertaining to technical difficulties during the livestreamed portion of the event can be directed to the chat icon located on the lower righthand corner of your screen.  Any other questions may be directed to memberservices@counseling.org.
