When does the live event take place?
Live webinars will take place each Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. ET, beginning September 23 through October 28, 2026. All sessions will be recorded and available on demand through November 29, 2026.

Do I need to download or install information to attend this event?
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the Internet.
How do I log in on the day of the event?
Your log-in details will be emailed to you before the event. You can use these details to access the online event.
Where will the event be held?
This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate anywhere that you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
Visit: Pathways to Healing: Navigating Grief, Loss, and Trauma and use the email address provided at registration to log-in.
What can I expect at the Virtual Event?
This virtual webinar series is designed for counselors, counselor educators, graduate students, and other mental health professionals. Join us for six expert-led sessions exploring evidence-based strategies for supporting individuals experiencing grief, loss, and trauma while promoting healing, resilience, and post-traumatic growth.
Will I be able to take away information and/or slides from the event?
Copies of presentation slides and additional handouts (if applicable) will be available underneath the video player of each session.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Due to the length of the ACA virtual event and the ability to access on-demand content available until November 29, 2026, ACA regrets that no refunds will be issued.
Will CE credits be offered?
Yes, CE hours may be available on select sessions. Each session listing will clearly indicate if the presentation is approved for CE credit and identify the type of approved CE credit available.
How many CE credits will be provided?
Attendees can earn 1.0 continuing education (CE) contact hour for each hour of attendance at select education sessions, with the opportunity for approximately 6.5 CE hours.
Will I receive a certificate acknowledging my participation?
Attendance certificates are not issued; however, attendees can claim CE credit for time spent in education sessions during the virtual event.
How do I access the on-demand videos?
Step 1: Navigate to the Sessions tab
Step 2: Click on the appropriate live webinar date
Step 3: Click on View Recording
How will I receive my CE certificate?
Step 1: Log in to the platform: https://counseling.evareg.com/pathways-to-healing-navigating-grief-loss-and-trauma-1
Step 2: Click View Profile under your profile icon in the top right corner.
Step 3: Click Quizzes on the left navigation.
Step 4: Click Take Quiz under the session you attended and complete the required quiz. Do this for EACH session you attended.
Step 5: Click Surveys on the left navigation.
Step 6: Click Take Survey under the session you attended and complete the survey. Do this for EACH session you attended.
Step 7: After you have completed a quiz and survey for the sessions attended, click Certificates on the left navigation to view/print your CE Certificates.
Evaluations must be completed by November 29, 2026, in order to receive CE credit.
Will there be any communication during the presentation?
Live chats will be conducted during the presentation.
